As a business leader, how can I stay true to my morals in a world of shortcuts?

Okay. I think for me, this is surrounding yourself with people who are going to keep you honest and focused. Now that can be through the content that you absorb through podcasts, books and other materials. It can be through having a coach. It can be through having someone in your organisation whose job it is to remind you of what your purpose and vision is. I don't think it's essential to have written that down, but obviously one of the things you could do is, is have it written. A lot of people have it plastered all over the walls as a reminder. And just to be making sure that somehow you're asking yourself that question regularly. I'm not saying every day, but you, you need to be able to check that you're on mission. So however you do it, have it set up. Don't have it something that you hope you stick to. Have ways of keeping that in check and obviously reminding yourself as regularly as you can do that this is why I did what I did.
