Do you inherently trust people or do they have to earn your trust?

Yeah, that's a tricky one. I like to start with trust. I feel it's really important because I need them to trust me. And I think you earn trust through sort of giving it back. So absolutely I start that way. And for me, it's not a case of ever having mistrust with someone because if there's a problem, we have a conversation about it. I mean I've got one or two situations that haven't ended too well initially. But we have a conversation with it and we will not leave it with bad feeling. We may not work together or engage or even remain friends, but we won't leave it toxic. We won't leave it unspoken. You know, it needs some form of resolution. It's just unhealthy to leave things like that. So, yeah. Trust is big. I don't know if it's an easy one to answer one way or the other, but it is a big issue that is not confronted enough.
