What do you do when a client isn't making the progress you think they should be making?

Well, bluntly, we have quite an honest conversation about it. And the conversation is: Do they want to carry on? Because it's not in their best interest to carry on and not do it. It's also not in my interest obviously to have a client that might be paying, but not doing very well. They're not going to get the right results. So we tend to have a pretty honest conversation and it does happen from time to time, but normally that motivates us. But that really is the only thing that you need to do. If someone's, you know, if they've made an agreement with you, it's very rare for them to back track on it. So therefore there's normally one or two little problems that we just need to work on and help them through it. Because, you know, especially in the early days, it can be quite challenging, but you need to be honest with one another. And the first thing is to... Do we need to stop?
