Blimey, I mean where do you start? I, I'm going to go with believing that everybody else knows where they're heading. So I'm going to talk. I'm not talking to smaller businesses here necessarily, of one or two in an office, I'm maybe talking like 40 plus staff. If you are just presuming that everybody gets your message, everybody is on board. Everybody understands why we do what we do. I just tell you right now, I'm almost certain that you're wrong and you need to invest time in checking that that is the case before you move on to anything else. So making sure that everybody's in line with your why.
