Well, I think one of the more obvious things is supply chain. It sounds a bit dull, but genuinely looking at where you source things from and put some proper effort into it. So if you have suppliers, challenge them. Ask them where they come from. You know, where do they... If it's clothing, where does it come from? Who's making it? I mean, so many times we see these mistakes where companies have no idea that they are, you know, funding some really bad behaviours, cause they haven't checked it thoroughly enough. There is no excuse. So if you genuinely care about sustainability, you want to have someone in your business who's job is solely to focus on that, to absolutely expect the best out of your suppliers, your supply chain and your business yourself. Take it seriously. That would be the first step.
