So I'm probably going to answer this in a different way by saying, making sure that they're not totally and utterly aligned to what they think. So when you say a business, I immediately think of founders. I think of a few people on a board. And as long as the values don't develop from just them from just one person or a small group of people, they need to have the customer in mind and they definitely need to have the whole staff in mind. So by asking those people that they serve both internal, externally first.
