Well, that's tricky. If you're right in the heat of it at the moment, there's not much you can do cause you have, you've kind of made your bed. And you're laying in it. If you realise this before it's too late, then you need to find a way to get out of it so you can be working on your business and not in it. That isn't that hard. It's much easier than you think it is in the vast majority of cases. So unless you're a one man band operation, with no plans for expanding, it is possible. And the fact you've realised it is a great step. The next thing you need to do is engage with someone like myself, who can help you look at what it is you need to implement to make those changes and ultimately trust other people to do the things you believe is essential for you to do.
