Well, the first is being aware of them. That is hard, and you do need to learn to recognise it. Maybe it's triggers or what have you. And then as a result of it, I take myself out of whatever the situation is. So I immediately go and do something I enjoy. People who watch a lot of my videos may have already heard me talk about the positivity playlist that I recommend that people do. It sounds cheesy. But if you pick 5, 10, 15 songs, that really mean something to you, and always take you to a positive smiley place. That's a great way to break the negativity. Just take yourself away. Find a way to make yourself laugh or smile or reminisce about something really cool.
