So the biggest risk for businesses right now is that they don't seize the opportunity. Because there are some really massive changes that if you're at the forefront of, you will be in, in, in, in a really strong place. Because all I've seen over the last few weeks and months is we've accelerated what was always coming. We were going to have a lot more remote working and not all companies were embracing it, but now they've been forced to, and that's a good thing. We need to work out how you support people in that environment. We need to be much more conscious of the mental health impacts that this process is, is all this, this time is having on people. So it's forced people's hands. The risk is that they still resist it because it's not going anywhere. And it's unfortunate that such a terrible disease and virus has, has, has forced our hands. But if you're not going to listen to it now, then you won't make it in my humble opinion. You just won't. Because these changes were always coming.
