What is the biggest challenge for young people right now?

Purpose feels like the word that comes through. I mean, everybody wants to focus on purpose, but I think young people today are much, much more aware of it. And focusing on it. And will not do what is expected of them. They will not join a company and be told how to do things. Which is a challenge, because if you're not absolutely clear as to what it is you want to do, but you know there's a passion behind purpose. It can be very difficult to find your place. And I think it also leaves you susceptible to believing the hype. There's a lot of it, there are many of them live on social media. And there's a lot of people lying out there. There's a lot of people saying stuff that just simply isn't true. So I think there's two things that they understand their hunger for true purpose. But perhaps there's a risk of being slightly misguided by who they choose to follow. So yeah, for me, it's all around purpose and identifying it. But I support it. It's good.
