How can I have a better morning routine tomorrow?
(00:18)
So that's challenging in that I don't know exactly what your routine was today. And anybody listening to this, you might sort of, that might resonate with. So the first thing I say is, do you really have a routine? Have you got some ideals and things you'd like to do? But do you have a specific time that you get up and no questions asked you get out of bed. And ideally not hitting snooze. It should be the first time you awaken from an alarm. And then what is the first thing you do? What's the second thing you do and so on and so on. Let's get some structure into that routine. Let's make sure you give yourself enough time to do things, but let's be clear: "What do I want to be my morning routine?" And you can play with that. It doesn't have to stay the same every day, but my chances are many people don't have an actual routine. They have something that they bumble through or stumble across or manage to get things done. Perhaps they run out of time, or one or two things slide. Let's not let that happen. Let's be clear about what you want your morning routine to be. Then we can work back and see if we can fit it in.
