What's one thing I can do to become a better driver for my business?

Now this is going to depend a little bit on what sort of business you are. I'm going to assume you've got a few staff. I'm going to assume you, you you've, you, you've either scaled or you're scaling. If it doesn't really necessarily relate to a one-man band. But the first thing I would say is get out of the driving seat. Ttoo often, I come across leaders who are leading from the front. They are instructing, they are doing, they're telling everybody what to do. They're showing them the direction that we must go. This is where we're going to turn, right? This is where we're going to turn left. Why are you employing these people? You know, where, where's the autonomy for them? Why would they be engaged in what you're doing? If you're telling them everything to do, you're just getting yourself surrounded by people who might be up for it, but they're yes, men and women. You need people who will challenge you. You're not always right. You're not always wrong, but you're certainly not the best person to make every single decision. So the immediate response get out of the driving seat.
