Starting off by not feeling the need to be more confident. You start putting yourself under undue pressure. There's this feeling that I lack confidence - do you? I'm not entirely sure that will be the case. What you potentially possess is a lot of negative thinking that's going on. A lot of self judgment that's going on that is not reciprocated by the vast majority of any of the people around you. It's something that you've put upon yourself. So first and foremost, recognise that that lack of confidence is totally within your control, but also imagined. It's not real. The feelings there that you're giving are real, but they're because of the negative thinking. If I was able to sit there and spend five minutes, getting you built up and really positive, you'd have a completely different mindset. So recognise that that lack of confidence is all from your imagination. That's a great place to start.
