I think the first thing is define what you mean by organised. So what is it that's not happening that causes you to hear this video, and the words coming out of my mouth, and think that you are disorganised? Why has it resonated with you? That would be the first thing that I would say. And then it is a case of looking at what's not happening and find out if... What is the result of that? Is it simply because I am not writing it down and therefore forgetting it? Is it a case of, there are things I should be doing, but I'm not. Now those are two examples of things you're totally in control of, because you can definitely write a to-.do list and try different ways that that may or may not work for you. And if you're failing to complete tasks by the end of the day, which you know you could do, but you're not, then you're absolutely in control of that as well. And there are no excuses.
