Hmm. It's not a phrase I love. So there's this feeling you have to put in extra effort when you do that. So if you're feeling that you need to put an extra effort, then probably you're not serving them as well as you could be. And you've maybe got a little disorganised in either your own mind or in the company's culture. Because you shouldn't need to. Being there for them and making sure that you're turning up to give them value is the only thing that matters. So if you're suddenly thinking, well, I need to do a little bit extra special for them. My question would be what have you been doing for the previous days and weeks and months or however long it's been. That for me is an odd one. It's certainly a fair question because a lot of people ask it. But you shouldn't be needing to go above and beyond. And if you're resonating with that question and thinking, yeah, what can I do? What can I do? Then you've got some more fundamental questions that you need to approach and answer before we give you a proper solution to that problem.
