Looking ahead to 2021, what inspires you?

I think it's got to be that... 2020's got to be one of the worst years for a while. Probably since like 2007, at least. And actually not huge amounts has changed. Opportunities still exists and the world hasn't ended as possibly it might've felt like it was going to do during that first 12 weeks of a lockdown back in March and April. So for me, it's kind of like, we've just lost a year. You know, I have to have confidence and I believe you all need to have confidence that things are going to improve. That this problem that we're facing right now is going to be fixed. It has to be. Therefore now is a great time to plan. Now's a great time to plan and apply and do some things towards making 2021, the year 2020 looked like it was going to be, as far as I'm concerned. So that fills me with enthusiasm. And also spring's around the corner, the way I'm looking at it. So yeah, that's how I'm looking at 2021.
